How do I confirm the reservation?
Reservations are confirmed with a 20% deposit of the total accommodation cost. Please Fill out the e-form to pay the 20% deposit and receive confirmation email within 24/48 hours for all of your accommodations.
How do I pay for the accommodation?
On the day of arrival the best form of payment is Euro, cash or credit card, (visa ,master card or amex).Please note that there is a 5% surcharge on the total cost when paying by amex while there is no surcharge at at all when using cash, visa and master card.
It possible to prepay for all accommodations?
It is possible to pay in advance, always fill out the e-form to pay the total amount and receive confirmation email within 24/48 hours for all of your accommodations paid in full.
Is it possible to cancel a reservation?
Please note our cancellation policy: It is possible to cancel a reservation up to fifteen days PRIOR TO CHECK IN DATE without a penalty. Cancellation from 14-8 days is 20%. 7-0 days is 100%.
